Many people hit the gym or pound the pavement for several reasons. Either to burn fats or improve cardiovascular health, build muscles, and of course, get a rocking body, but working out has above-the-neck benefits. 
As such, Stranger`s with hope Foundation, a non-governmental organization in central region, Kasoa in collaboration with sellghmuzik organised an unforgettable health walk for the people of Kasoa and its environs.
The activity gained support from the Ghana ambulance services, Ghana health service, Pink Fm, and Yoo mart.
The motive behind this exercise is to rationalise the essence of exercising and how it can boost brainpower, reduce stress, improve self-confidence, alleviate anxiety, sharpen memory, increase relaxation and help control addiction. Regardless of age or fitness level which includes everyone from mall-walkers to marathoners, studies show that making time for exercise provides some serious mental benefits.
This remarkable exercise saw many fun packed activities ranging from aerobics, health talk, tag of peace, and dancing competition among all present.
